Ah, pink sauce.

Pink sauce is mayonnaise and ketchup whisked together with a fork. If you have mutard, of course, you add a touch of that too.

When buying my new phone, I read the Spec.. which specifically said not to point the camera directly at the sun, or the photos will come out grainy.. especially in low light.

Have I ever seen that stated (as a matter of the utmost importance) before? No! ..scandalous.

3 pan-fried diced chicken legs.. with chopped de-seeded green chilli and ginger thrown in.
..served on top of diced steamed beetroot, and a large glass of medium-dry Organic cider. [slurp] :D

Considering the happenings of the day, a big bowl of buttered popcorn.

If I melt and combine 1/2 real butter with 1/2 coconut oil and a bit more salt, will I be fooled that the mixture is buttery enough?

So.. working with what I had left in the fridge, I envisioned egg-fried noodled-vegetables for dinner..
..the noodled vegetables being, carrot and courgette.

It was delicious :)

I now plan to have this throughout my weeks.. maybe with seafood and/or diced chicken added.

Half of a roasted spatchcocked pheasant, with a carrot, parsnip, and celery infused gravy. The remainder, to be consumed for dinner tomorrow.

I will finally get to use my new multi-cooker tomorrow, when my meat box arrives tomorrow in the post.. a kilo of diced goat, wild pigeon, and pheasant. It will be used for the goat.. marinated over night, then cooked until tender soft.

I plan to make monthly/two monthly orders from the online meat shop.. I’m not sure of what frequency of ordering, I’ll need yet.

Curried goat, served with basmati rice and maybe some vegetable or other..

Yesterday's dinner, was the same as the previous day’s, but followed by Schär crispbread crackers and a selection of soft cheeses.

Yes.. I can now eat cheese, and crackers, without having to antihistamine-it up, first.
Progress!

Today, I’ll be making a chicken-curry dinner.. once I return from an early-evening eye-test appointment.

This was dinner today.. I ate the scraps from yesterday’s goat/basmati rice ensemble as a starter today, so had gf crackers and an unprocessed cheese ensemble for dinner. The chicken curry will prevail, tomorrow. ;)
